Hi, I’m Upasana !
I am an illustrator and graphic designer from Chennai (India), currently based in Boston (USA). After a short stint as a software engineer, I went on to study Illustration at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts, Boston and decided to pursue art full-time.
I love illustrating and retelling stories from Indian scriptures, history, mythology and contemporary interpretations that are enjoyed by children and adults alike. I specialize in creating artwork for books, music videos, marketing and board games. Some of my other interests which contribute a lot to my creative process are poetry, music, cooking and traveling.
